Spaces & environments - specialized consultancy

The technical regulations for removing physical barriers (SIA 500, VSS SN 640 075, VSS SN 640 852, etc.) serve as a valid benchmark for achieving the minimum accessibility conditions.

In order to make spaces truly inclusive, however, it is necessary to apply the Design for All Process.

The Design for All consultants monitor the project development from the early stages, working closely with the key stakeholders - designers, experts, and decision makers - and ensuring that legal compliance is used as the basis.

The Design for All's design is conceived in relative, not absolute terms.
The project's advice and accessibility level is always determined by the existing environment, with the aim of achieving the highest level of inclusion while respecting design constraints and objectives.
This website provides specialized documentation that guides designers towards a project that is tailored to everyone.

The centre organizes lectures on the topic of universal design, both in-person or via e-learning. Specific learning modules or workshops can be developed upon request  (i.e. modules on shopping for all , tourism, and inclusive hotels).
