LuganoLifestyle is the annual lifestyle show where you can find exhibitors that combine art, architecture and design. This year, the event also offers opportunities for learning and discovery, thanks to an extensive programme of conferences.
Thursday, October 10th at 04:30 PM, we will be discussing Universal Design and have a presentation: "Design for All, Designing Inclusion".
The talk, hosted by the Design for All Competence Centre, addresses the relationship between architecture and inclusion, showing that accessibility is not only a regulatory requirement to be respected, but a value-adding element for the entire project.
A journey into the field of Design for All will showcase principles and methods that enable to create spaces suitable for everyone, while also respecting the designer's formal choices and rights to usability.
The event is free of charge and will be held in the Area Talk.
